A puppy discarded at a dump and sitting next to the carcass of a sheep is in safe hands after a man spotted him.
Takis, an animal rescuer in Crete, Greece frequents the landfill to see if there are live animals to rescue.
“They throw everything here,” he explains in the video as he makes his way over to the puppy.
Fortunately for this puppy, Takis stopped by in time to save him. Takis noted the puppy, now named Caesar wasn’t looking too well and probably had worms.
