Storm Chaser Runs Across Stray Dog Who Rolls Onto Her Belly When She Greets Her

A storm chaser out in Boise City, Oklahoma came to a violent stop in the middle of the road when a stray dog ran in front of her vehicle.

Rachel opened her door and shooed the dog to the side of the road and safety and when she went over to her, the dog rolled onto her belly. She had a collar that looked like a luggage strap but she had no collar.

She took her to a vet and she was checked for a microchip and when she went to the shelter they said they had no room so Rachel told them they could contact her if anyone wanted her back but nobody ever did.

Now named Echo the two storm chase together. Echo has no fear of thunder, lighting and Rachel simply says she’s “a really good dog.”
