Desiree with Bali Paws was out for a drive when she spotted this little dog on the side of the road. The poor dog was absolutely terrified and huddled on the ground. He snapped at her when she came close to try and pick him up.
Desiree finally managed to pick up “Snappy” after wrapping him in her sweater. Not only was Snappy frightened but he was in a lot of pain because he had a broken leg. Bali Paws treated his injuries and Desiree went to visit Snappy every day he was in hospital. Even though she offered him treats he continued to bark and snap at her.
Then, 2 weeks later, Snappy “just stopped.” It was like something just switched inside of him. Snappy finally understood that Desiree wasn’t going to hurt him. “From there it never stopped,” she said. Snappy has become a “little love bug.” His change in attitude is remarkable to see.
