Dr. Karri of Vet Ranch got an unexpected patient when an older gentleman who regularly visits her clinic to chat brought along another dog than his own. On this particular visit, he had a small matted stray dog who he rescued after he saved her from being hit by a car!
The poor baby was covered in fleas and was in rough shape. She appeared to have chronic dry eye with some type of skin allergy and bad teeth.
Dr. Karri gave the little pup her usual excellent care and soon ‘Lolli’ was on the mend.
In a wonderful rags to riches story, Lolli found the perfect forever home!
What is equally wonderful to see is how these poor dogs come to Dr. Karri all frightened and sick, but as they go through their treatments, they change into happy dogs because they know they are in a loving and safe hands! “And it all started with that caring older gentleman bringing her in out of concern,” wrote one viewer. “Great story.”
