Sweet Video Shows Why Golden Retrievers ‘Can’t Be Guard Dogs’
Frank is a Golden Retriever who loves meeting new people. The 3-year-old dog recently went viral for a sweet meeting with a Fedex delivery driver outside his home.
Bri Tonzi and Steve Agati shared the cute video and captioned it “Why golden retrievers can’t be guard dogs.”
In the surveillance video, Frank is seen greeting the delivery person in their driveway. Frank’s tail wags his tail as he approaches and even poses for a photo in front of the package at the door.
The proud pet parents ended the video with the photo they were sent by the delivery man.
For those viewers that were wondering why the driver didn’t try and play with Fran, he did. His family wrote, “[H]e tried, but Frank was only interested in another treat.”
Commenters left jokes like “No, he’s doing a perfect job guarding the package” and “Package left with the receptionist.” Others completely related to the experience. One person wrote, “If this is why my package was late. I’m ok with it.” Another noted, “I would come to your house everyday just to play with your dog whether I had a parcel or not.”
