Pit Bulls Abandoned In Flooding Canal Rescued Just In Time
It was Christmas Day when Michelle and her friends at Zeus’ Rescues came to the rescue of two Pit Bulls abandoned in a canal beginning to flood because of torrential rains. The canal is a commonly used place to dump dogs, but it is essentially a death trap because there is no place for dogs to get in and out.

As the team of rescuers approached Francis and Norman, the two dogs kept their distance and let out frightened barks. But when they saw hands extended with treats, they decided maybe it was time to brave the flooding canal.
Thankfully, both Pitties got up enough courage to step across the water and into the awaiting arms of Michelle and the others.

In the months since their rescue, the two dogs love to lap up the sunshine and the pets they get. Norman has found a home but Francis is still available for adoption. To reach out to adopt her contact Zeus’ Rescues.
