Dog Confined To Cage Given Freedom Thanks To Family’s Decision

Peanut’s family was faced with an extremely choice. With Dad working 16-hour days and Mom navigating life in a wheelchair, they simply couldn’t give Peanut the care he deserved. Because of strict landlord rules, Peanut spent those long hours confined to a cage. Heartbroken but determined to do what was best for him, the family reached out to Lee Asher and The Asher House for help.

Lee made sure to tell Peanut’s dad that he was making the right and responsible choice for Peanut, who has the opportunity now to live among the Asher pack and be free to roam outside with many of soon-to-be friends!
