A daughter shared a hilarious video of her dad’s reaction to her new puppy, Lola, on her first day home—despite his earlier vow that he wouldn’t like the dog.
The video opens with Dad declaring, “Mark my words. I will never pet that dog once.” But on Lola’s first day in her new home, he does a complete 180.
TikTokker @thatbulldoglola noted that Dad was immediately concerned the English Bulldog’s collar was too tight. He took her out in the dark to teach her how to potty (using his phone to light the ground) and cuddled her on the couch.
@thatbulldoglola shared a hilarious follow-up video from Day 2, revealing that Dad had already promoted Lola to “my love” and was calling her a “prodigy” for how quickly she was picking up training.
