Boxer Puppy Has Hilarious Reaction to Tasting a Lime

Topper the Boxer puppy has a hilarious reaction when he tastes a lime. He’s at the beach with his mom Claire Moore when he gets a hold of one. He really seems to like it because he keeps on going back for more even though he doesn’t quite know what to make of it.

 Claire says Topper’s signature “head banging” move is something he does whenever he’s excited. Here’s another video of him when he was a little puppy performing his funny move!

Note: Licking a lime or lemon is not dangerous to your dog. According to the ASPCA’s website, it is the citrus plant that is toxic to dogs and not the fruit. The ASPCA Ask an Expert states a few lemon seeds or a piece of citrus won’t hurt your dog, but it should be noted that ingesting oranges, lemons and limes might cause them to get an upset stomach.
