Penny is a sweet dog who makes her preferences clear: she prefers walks over food, always. This is made perfectly clear by a funny video posted by her mom, Maria Anderson, on TikTok.
In the clip, Penny has just come out of the pantry when her mom asks her, “Penny are you sure you want to go for a walk right now? I was thinking of going for a walk.” Penny’s response is adorable.
Penny certainly takes her walks very seriously, although it seems that sometimes she wants the best of both worlds. In another video clip, her mom asks, “Hey Penny do you happen to know who’s sneaking their food before their walk?”

The family who lives in Midway, Utah, says, “A walk is always a number one choice for her.”

Several wondered where Penny was going with her food. One person asked, “Was she going to squirrel it away somewhere?” Another wondered, “First off, why was she traveling with food?” Anderson answered, “Always does! Takes it elsewhere.”
Another viewer asked, “Does she do that to take the pieces to a more comfortable spot to eat? Or does she just do this?” Anderson responded, “lol yep! She takes it to a rug to eat. Unless we ask her to go on a walk. Then it’s game over.”
