Ring Camera Catches Naughty Boxer Dog Giving Freshly Baked Pumpkin Pie a Taste Test
Every family has that one member who insists on “sampling the wares” before anyone else — and in this household, it’s the Boxer dog.
Shortly after the pumpkin pies were pulled from the oven, the 2.5-year-old Boxer decided it was the perfect time for a taste test. Little did she know the family had a ring camera set up in the kitchen to try and train her not to take food from the counters.
After watching the dog taste test the pie, viewers were firmly on the dog’s side.
One person commented, “Poor thing. No whipped cream.” Another wrote, “Well someone’s got to do it. I feel your pain dog, it’s a thankless task.”
And one viewer could swear the dog wanted to be a good girl, noting, “Aww bless, you can see slight hesitation but the temptation was just too great.”
As for how much pie the dog actually sampled? That’s a mystery. For now, it’s probably back to training for that “counter surfing” and a reminder to the family not to leave anything too tempting within reach on the counter!
