Arden the Labrador Retriever is one happy dog. But she was made even happier recently when her family surprised her with a puppy!
Her human, Gillian Robles, shared Arden’s adorable reaction to her surprise in a video that went super viral on Twitter – 15 million plus views – which opens with Arden sniffing a cardboard box containing the puppy (named Stella) inside. “So we got my dog a puppy today and this was her reaction…” Gillian tweeted about the video.
In the video, Arden uses her snout to quickly open the lid and out pops Stella’s head. Arden gives Stella some initial sniffs with her tail wagging furiously. But then her really energy kicks into high gear and she dances around the box.
It’s as if she realizes that Stella is here to stay and destined to be her new best friend!

As expected, the two have become fast friends and Gillian shared a picture of the two a day later, writing, “here’s a picture of the girls chilling together this morning.” She added, “My black lab has since calmed down from the initial excitement and they are already best buds.”
