At 105 pounds, Khan the American Akita is somewhat of a daunting client for groomers. But Vanessa with Girl With Dogs decides to take him on even though he’s never had a bath before.
The 2-year-old dog is a breed considered to be one of the most dangerous dogs in the world but thankfully Vanessa says she has never had a problem with one. Khan is quite a serious fellow but Vanessa takes it slow and keeps the treats going but in the end Khan is a calm, perfect gentleman.
Vanessa routinely grooms the large “guard dogs” who are regularly refused grooming. She’s groomed a grumpy Caucasian Ovcharka, a 220 Pound Caucasian Shepherd, and a 200-Pound St Bernard (okay, he’s not a guard dog but he sure is big!)
