Joey the Golden Retriever recently got adorably confused at dinnertime — but in the process, he proved he is a very good boy. He had just been given his food bowl and started eating when he suddenly hesitated, thinking he needed permission to begin. Joey then fixes his gaze on his humans, patiently watching and waiting for them to notice him.
His parents write: “Joey the golden retriever gets given his dinner then mistakenly thinks he has to wait to be told to eat again. So he sits there waiting for minutes that feel like hours trying to sit up tall so his owners notice him and let him eat his dinner.”
