Waking up in the morning to your alarm can be a drag. But pet parent Allison Carpenter decided to lighten up the routine by teaching her dog what she calls a “silly trick.” She says her dog doesn’t need any cue other than being the first one to “go to sleep” – just look how comfy he is lying under the blankets. And you can tell he’s just waiting for that alarm to sound so he can “wake up” and turn it off.
I know that when I look at the alarm the last thing I want it to do is to sound. But if I have to wake up I would love it if my dog turns it off for me – it would be THE best way to start the day.
