Daughter Secretly Films Dad Falling for the Dog He Said He Didn’t Want
A daughter caught her dad doting on her Dachshund despite the fact that he supposedly didn’t want a dog. TikTokker @sarahccx posted the adorable viral video she filmed of her dad cuddling and playing with her dog, unaware he was being recorded. She wrote in the video’s caption: “Dads with the dog they say they didn’t want.”
In the candid footage, @sarahccx’s dad is sitting on a bench in the garden with her Dachshund. He’s seen giving the tired pup some cuddles, and in another clip, he’s snapping a few photos of the dog sleeping on the other side of the bench before gently placing a blanket over him.
The video elicited more than a few “awws” from viewers, with one person commenting, “It’s always the ones that say NO the hardest that falls the most,” while another said, “This is a special kind of love.”
The lovefest didn’t end there. A follow-up video shows that cuddle time on the bench has now become part of an adorable routine.
