Stray Pittie Finds Home And Can’t Stop Hugging His Grandpawrents

Norman first showed up as a stray at a person’s house in Georgia, lingering for two weeks as if he was waiting for someone to notice him. When animal control finally picked him up, he spent a month at the shelter, still hoping for a second chance. That chance came when Waldo’s Rescue Pen arranged for him to be transported to New York.

There, Carlin — a volunteer foster with Waldo’s Rescue Pen — met him for the first time. It took Norman just a few hours to relax and settle into her home, as if he knew he was finally safe. Within two short weeks, Carlin had fallen completely in love and decided to adopt him.

She believes Norman must have spent at least his first year of life in a home, because he’s so gentle and well-behaved. Above all, he’s a true lovebug — happiest when hugging his grandma, grandpa, and, of course, his mom.
