14 Golden Retrievers Take Over Pool For a Splashy Adventure
What happens when a group of Golden Retrievers gets their own pool party? Nothing but happiness. At this year’s 14th Annual Golden Retriever Roundup, hosted by Pooch Pack Adventures on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, 14 dogs got to enjoy a pool-time adventure.
The event is usually held at a local river, but this year the dogs splashed around in a 50-by-20-foot pool used for dock diving. There was plenty of ball fetching, paddling, and jumping — and a whole lot of very happy dogs.
By the end of the day, every dog was smiling.
A local news station talked to Kim Sirett, owner of Pooch Pack Adventures, as to how the event went for the dogs.
