This Akita wants to protect his family from the grizzly bear he sees on the TV screen!
The family is watching White Fang when the Akita springs into action. The Akita must have had a stirring of his breed’s ancient purpose – Akitas were bred to help hunt bears – because the moment he spots the ursine he leaps to their defense!
One of his family members comments on the video that the dog only does this when he sees a bear!
