About Doganthropy

Description:

Doganthropy is the unique system on DogHeirs that empowers wonderful human-dog teams (Doganthropists) to help dogs in need. Join us, get a "Click to Help" button on your dog's profile and start helping us raise funds!

Steps to Join
1. Click "Join this group!" under the photo of the dog with the empty bowl on the left.
2. Leave a comment here (add it below) to tell us the name(s) of your dog(s) who would like to become Doganthropist(s).
3. Be sure to add a photo and description to your dog's profile.
4. Watch for the "Click to Help" button to appear on your dog's profile under his/her profile photo.

You're then ready to start promoting your "Click to Help" button. Share your dog's profile page with your friends, family, neighbors and networks and get them to click (click here for a few tips)! You'll receive rewards for achieving clicks and we'll be giving out some nice surprises when you achieve a new level.

The clicks you get from your supporters help the DogHeirs Community Fund to grow. Sponsors contribute to the DogHeirs Community Fund and in turn the Fund provides grants to not-for-profit organizations that work to help feed, comfort and heal dogs in need.

Clicks for Chloe

Hi!   In order for Chloe to get credit for the  clicks, does the log in always have to be clicked on, or by just clicking on the heart will  give her credit?   The reason, why I am asking is, my husband clicked on the heart underneath Chloe's profile; a thank you came up, but Chloe has not received credit yet.  She has 1 click, and that was from me, but I had pressed log in. ...

My click has not been registering

I am sorry to be asking about this again.   When I click on Chloe's heart, the click does not register; yet, when my husband clicks-----he has an entirely different account, and is using a different computer, his click is counted.   I do not click any more than once.   Thanks again.

Our clicks are not registering

My husband and I each have separate accounts  at Dog Heirs, but, since today, we are having trouble with our clicks registering, for our dog, Chloe.  We log in, like we are supposed to, the accts. are separate, but, when we click on Chloe's heart, nothing is happening with the clicks.  They are staying the same.  We would apreciate it, if you could please help us.  Thank you very much!   Ken and Cheryl Schaefer  Our...

I am a dog lover. I have 3. My favorite, don't tell the other two, is my St. Bernard mix. He chose me. One day I came home and he was in my front yard. He didn't have a chip, we checked with the vet. We put up flyers and went door to door. So, I kept him. He is a sweet heart. He sleeps with my every night. He thinks he is a lap dog despite weighing over a hundred pounds.
Hi Stacy, Lucy, Gomez & Razor need to have their profiles set up before they can participate! Click on "Add my dog's profile" under the "MY DOGS" tab to get started.
My dogs, Lucy, Gomez & Razor would like to be Doganthropists
Brie would love to help!!!!
My name is Caroll. I am a dog lover through and through. I live in Ecuador which proves painful at times as the culture here has a very different philosophy towards animals than I have. There are so many dogs in need of food, love and a warm place to sleep, it is hard not to take them all in. My husband and I became the proud owners of a pug, Mugwai over 3 years ago. He is a constant joy to us, and quite literally makes us laugh at least twice a day. We want to share a little of the love we have with others. Please allow us to become doganthropists. Thanks. Caroll
Satchmo and his son Blaze are both able to sense illness and discomfort in people, they just go and sit by them and tell me to fix them! They also are great comforters and offer their love to those who need it.,
Hello, Chloe and I would like to rejoin the doganthropist Dog Group. Chloe's profile was accidently deleted today. She already had 37 Clicks. hank you very much. I hope it will not take too long to get reactivated.
Oh no Cheryl! It looks like you've deleted Chloe's profile (along with all of her clicks)! You'll have to create a new profile for Chloe before we can activate her standing as a Doganthropist, and unfortunately, her click counter will be at 0, as there's no way for us to restore the deleted profile. With respect to sharing on Facebook, you may have seen someone else's photo pop up because Facebook's "Share" button gathers all the photos shown on a page - you just need to use the arrow buttons below the thumbnail to choose the picture you'd like to share and see posted on Facebook.
How can I get my Chloe 's profile back on as bekng a Doganthrlpist. She was taken off by mistake. She has 37 clicks, & all I was trying to fo was to get her profile photo straightened out. It got mixed up somehow with Danielle Pdtrin' s profile photo. After I clicked kn Chloe,s heart, the last 2 days, I would post to Fscebook, but, Danielle's profile photo came up, instead of Chloe' s. I hope Chloe does not lose her clicks. We still want to remain in the Doganthropist program.
Trixie would love to become a doganthropist!
