Hope For Paws got a call about a homeless dog who had been crying outside an apartment complex for days. When they arrived, the tiny dog ran up the stairs, which worried Eldad Hagar, who didn’t want her to jump down from the upper deck.
Eldad soon realized the dog was scared of men, so he asked Loreta to lead the rescue. With a lot of patience, their trusty cheeseburger and an hour of coaxing, Loreta managed to get Saigon leashed!
After so many days of crying, sweet Saigon finally felt safe.
