A woman tried to get some people to not dump their dogs after catching them red-handed on her street in San Antonio, Texas. But disturbingly, they chose to ignore her and abandon the four dogs anyway.
“I was getting ready for work when I spotted a car at a dead end road removing collars from within the car,” the unnamed videographer writes. “I put my shoes on quickly and ran out to the road and started recording the act. I am tired of people doing this continuously in the area.”
The woman ran outside to intervene, filming the confrontation on April 13, 2018.
“I recorded to educated and advise them to do the right thing. The woman in the video responded back for directions to the Animal Care services, and yet decided to commit the illegal activity as directed by driver who then backed out and back seat passenger flipped me off.”
As they speed off, the four dogs wander aimlessly around, left to fend for themselves.
It’s so brazen and so appalling. Although what the woman did next is not revealed, we really hope she reported the incident to police and they can check the car’s license plate number and track them down.
Given her confrontation of the dog dumpers, and the fact this was not the first time this has happened in her neighborhood, we’re guessing she called animal control so they could come and pick up the dogs.
