  This is an amazing story of Mango, a 4-year-old Pomeranian, who stopped traffic along Portland Oregon's busy 1-405 highway around 4 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 26.  What was amazing was that instead of becoming frustrated, drivers stopped their cars to help Mango!! Below is the news video of the incident, and despite Dad's efforts to chase down Mango, in the end, all it took was Mom's open arms!!
