Rescue Dog’s Hilarious Attempt on Agility Course Wins Everyone’s Hearts

Kratu the rescue dog may not have the best skills when it comes to the agility course, but he makes up for it with his talent for making people smile.

The sweet dog recently participated in the Rescue Dog Agility challenge at Crufts where he made a lasting impression. Like Olly the Jack Russell terrier before him, Kratu navigated the obstacle course with his own unique flair!

His happiness on centre stage shows no hints of his sad past. The mixed breed dog was rescued when he was a puppy from an abusive situation by the UK-based rescue group Wood Green and he was rehomed at 18-months-old with Tessa Eagle Swan.

“Kratu is a special dog that is off on a very special mission to raise awareness,” she wrote online. “He is my sunshine and the light of my life.”

Kratu has become her emotional support dog, a role that suits his friendly nature perfectly. Agility, however, may not be his specialty. From missing jumps to a hilarious navigation of the tunnel, Kratu may not have the makings of an agility star, but he still had the audience wrapped around his paws by the time he was finished. They were all completely in love with him by the time he was done and you will be too!
