Bella was a pup available for adoption at a pit bull Bark in the Park walk that I attended in Memphis TN in March 09. I fell in love with her and a week later, she was sitting in my kitchen floor doing introductions with Mollie. She is my goofball dog that loves attention and doesn't mind sliding off the couch backward if it will make me smile. She has some ACL problems that cause some limping and she has trouble climbing steps, but when she pauses and looks to me, I gladly help her up on the couch or bed. It's the least I can do for her, because she has done so much for me. When my best friend died suddenly from a heart attack, I didn't think I could carry on. It was Bella with her goofiness that got me through. I cannot imagine life without having shared it with this sweet and lovable dog. She no longer gets along with Mollie, but she will forever hold my heart. Crate and rotate are worth the effort to have them in my life.
