Great Plains SPCA writes on their Facebook page, "Our staff were perplexed when they would put her back in her suite and moments later she would be running around freely in the adoption area. After playing detective we discovered how this sweet girl was making her escape - Miss Smarty Pants!"

oh please give us an update that he has been adopted. For a dog to reason and figure out is wonderful. prayers.
How much is that doggy in the window- hey where'd he go ? Clever dog indeed. It makes you wonder if he consciously made a point of watching how to do this, or if he just went at the door and figured it out as he went. Either way it speaks to how intelligent dogs are.
The video keeps stopping halfway through--can anyone tell me what she does? I hate to ask for a spoiler, but this happens so often and just once I'd like to see what happens in these adorable stories!
Call him Sneaky instead of Squeaky. lol! That is so clever! My Max always waited for my other dog to open doors for him. After he went to the Rainbow Bridge, it took him about a year to learn how to push his snout into the crack to open it. BUT he IS SO SMART in other ways ... haha! :0)
I pray she gets adopted! Such a smart doggie that she is! <3
