Norman is a French Briard in Canton, Georgia. The incredible scootering dog became a bit of a media sensation when his family first posted up the YouTube video of him riding the razor scooter.

According to the Cobbs, he was playing around with the scooter as a puppy and so they decided to give him a ride on it. He seemed to like it, so they then tried to teach him to push it on his own (when he was a bit bigger), which he learned to do. Now he loves it.

He's a very intelligent dog. He got his Companion Dog Title when he was just 15 months old and excels in obedience.  The French Briard breed is known for talents like search and rescue, police work, guarding and herding...and in Norman's case, scootering.
