Catherine Hedges has been saving animals lives for more than 10 years and has saved more than 4,000 animals. When she volunteered to help animals after Hurricane Katrina, she was in a serious accident that led to a life-saving diagnosis: Catherine had breast cancer. Even after her diagnosis of breast cancer she continues to save animals. And it's because of animials that Catherine had a reason to live. What an amazing and inspiring story!
