27 days later: DCSIR's Saru: Inspirational Dog Rescue Story

Dc_sir_logo_side_icon_thumb By DC Shiba Inu Rescue | September 18, 2013 | Comments (1)

Saru’s story is not unique, there are thousands of neglected and abused dogs throughout our country who never make it out of the shelter, but this is his story and it is unique to him. What had undoubtedly taken months, if not years, of neglect is being completely reversed in a matter of weeks with proper nutrition, supplements and veterinary supervision. Saru has a lot more fur to grow back but he is making remarkable strides to becoming a doubled coated luscious furry Shiba Inu.
