Dog owner sues chicken jerky manufacturer, claiming treats killed his dog

Cleopatra died of kidney failure on March 26. Today, a Chicago-area man filed a lawsuit against Nestle Purina Petcare Co., alleging one of its Waggin' Train treat products killed his dog. ‎70 dogs have died as a result of eating chicken jerky treats made from chicken that has come from China. Kingdom Pets and Waggin' Train brand from Costco are among them.
