Hello everyone!!My name is RoseAnn I am new to this site and I was wondering how everyone feels about Getting an animal abuser registry started? Just like sex offenders ,these people need to as part of a probation,go to their nearest shelter and register their name,address,phone # and Picture.After that get a home inspection from an officer whether it be the Probation officer,ASPCA officer n such(you get the picture).Just like an offender.So we can keep track of these animal abusers.So they cannot be allowed to own,breed,adopt any animal.And some how they have a register # on their DL or something??So pet stores ,breeders BY LAW look this up.And some how link the # on the DL.I know this sounds unrealistic But I believe if we all ban together we can do this!!!
