Description:
Joey is a black and tan, smooth haired dachshund. He is a bright, mischievous, and lively tweenie-sized dog who loves chewing sticks, lounging in sun beams, and cuddling! This wonderful little man is also a rescue dachshund who I saved through Coast to Coast Dachshund Rescue when he was only 6 months old. While initially anxious and fearful, he is now a well-adjusted and happy part of our family. Even though he is it's smallest member, he is the Alpha male of the dog pack and takes his role very seriously. Napoleon complex, perhaps? ;)
