Neglected and emotionally abused, Emerson the dog tried to run away from home several times and ended up at a shelter. But every single time, he would be returned to his neglectful owners.
The last time he ended up at the shelter, he was in very poor shape and was so scared he was shaking. That’s when Emerson would finally get a second chance.
